SHIPPING

I use ONLY The United States Postal Service  (U.S.P.S.)  for Queen Bees and all of my products,  especially as they  have no rural surcharge and fuel surcharge as does U.P.S.. The US Post office WILL NOT insure Queens. US Postal regulation ( 609 sec 4.3 k)  For the Post Office  Should they arrive dead or damaged within the allowed shipping times,  they will not cover the cost of replacement and shipping unfortunately. (601.9.0.37) (bees)  Also, as per postal regulations 114.3.1, 414.3.0 and 604.9.2.4  Queen Bees and live animals are EXEMPT from the Express Mail guarantee of next day or 2nd day guarantee, TO PROTECT THE LIVE ANIMALS (QUEEN BEES) when shipping. 

 Queen Bee orders are  a maximum of 3 queen bees per order any variety or combination there of. EXPRESS MAIL ONLY  Please use that Option in shipping selection, or if (1) Queen bee, Select the "QUEEN BEE SHIPPING OPTION"  EXPRESS MAIL OPTION ONLY,  PLEASE DO NOT use Priority or Ground shipping as these other options do take 3 to 5 days for Priority Mail and up 7 to 10 days via Ground Mail and the Queen Bees almost always arrive dead, due to the LONG time in shipping,  even though they are shipped with attendants in the standard 3 hole queen cage. They are shipped only on Monday or Tuesdays as this helps prevent getting caught on a weekend sitting in a shipping center! All orders are sent with a tracking # and email or photo text notification with your shipping and tracking information. Once  your is Shipped it is out of my  control, and I cannot get any more information that my clients can, so PLEASE call your Post Office with any questions on shipping irregularities. 

I no longer use U.P.S (United Parcel Service) for shipping anything! They flatly refused to honor claims for late, lost or damaged orders , as even when they have lost queen bee orders  that were very late,   arrived dead, and a big honey order that was dropped while out for delivery over 1000 miles from here and dropped  by the delivery person crushing it.. as tracking showed it was out for delivery.... they  used the cover all excuse "Bad Packaging" . So I am sorry , but I cannot eat losses every time they shipping company errs and won't honor their agreement of transport, especially is is their fault and try to" Blame Shift" their error or negligence on me!
